DMCA Policy

Last Updated: July 3, 2026

1. International Copyright Infringement Policy

Webda Studio fiercely protects intellectual property across all international borders. We comply with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, the European Union Copyright Directive (EUCD), and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Copyright Treaty. We will expeditiously investigate and remove any infringing material stored on our global servers upon receiving valid international legal notice.

2. Filing an International Takedown Notice

If you are an international copyright holder or an authorized global agent, you may submit a formal takedown request to our Designated Legal Agent via email: hello@webda.in.

Your legal takedown notice must strictly contain the following verifiable elements:

  • Cryptographic or physical proof identifying the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., international trademark/copyright registration numbers).
  • Exact URLs, IP addresses, or digital endpoints pinpointing the location of the allegedly infringing material.
  • Your global contact information, including corporate entity name, international mailing address, and registered email.
  • A legally binding declaration: "I possess a good faith belief that the utilization of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, international agent, or overarching law."
  • An attestation under penalty of perjury (in your respective local jurisdiction): "The information in this notification is universally accurate, and I am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
  • Your legally valid physical, electronic, or cryptographic signature.

3. International Counter-Notification Protocol

If your digital assets were suspended due to a misidentification or a malicious takedown request, you possess the right under international law to submit a Counter-Notification. This must include your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in California (or appropriate international tribunal) and a sworn statement that the removal was erroneous.

4. Global Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with WIPO and DMCA mandates, Webda Studio operates a strict "Repeat Infringer" policy. We reserve the absolute right to permanently ban, blacklist, and terminate the access of any international client or entity found repeatedly violating intellectual property laws.
