1. International Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Webda Studio. By accessing or using our global digital platforms, services, and APIs (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement is structured in compliance with international commerce standards, including guidelines established by the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL). If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease use of our Services immediately.

2. Global Service Provision & Consultation

We provide full-stack web engineering, custom AI automation, cloud infrastructure, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) services to a global client base. All international bookings and consultations are processed through our encrypted scheduling systems. Delivery timelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are calculated in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) to ensure global standardization.

3. Universal Intellectual Property Rights (WIPO)

Webda Studio operates under the protections of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Copyright Treaty. All source code, UI/UX designs, algorithms, and digital assets produced by our agency remain the exclusive intellectual property of Webda Studio and its licensors, unless explicitly transferred via a legally binding digital or physical contract. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, global license to view our public content.

4. Prohibited Cross-Border Behaviors

Users operating across any international jurisdiction are strictly prohibited from:

  • Engaging in unauthorized data scraping, reverse-engineering, or decompilation of our proprietary algorithms.
  • Utilizing our Services to circumvent international sanctions, trade embargoes, or localized cybersecurity laws.
  • Deploying distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks originating from localized or global botnets.
  • Sub-licensing our digital products without explicit international distribution rights.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by international consumer protection laws, Webda Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular global market.

6. International Arbitration & Governing Law

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding international arbitration in accordance with the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Rules of Arbitration. The governing law shall be the laws of the State of California, USA, augmented by applicable international treaties. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
